Albino African Clawed Frogs, Illness Unknown

We have 2 in the same tank that we have had for 6 months, just in the last day they seem to have become very weak and have not been able to move around a lot. We bring them to the top of the tank for air and they stay by themselves for a couple of minutes and then go back down to the bottom and stay on their backs, again losing strength. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
