Peter Pritchard has done quite a bit of work with SA turtles in general His book "Turtles of Venezuela" is probably the best coverage of C. fimbriatus.


:Anybody know who is/are the current expert(s) in the natural history/status n the wild of South American Chelids?
:I'm especially interested in what studies have been done about populations of Chelus Fimbriatus.
