German Bio-Chemistry student needs help, please read

Please help,

I have a German friend who is a bio-chemistry student in Germany. He has over 10 years experience working with venomous/toxic reptiles. His experince includes,Bufo, elapids to include Mambas and Naja etc.... His focus is now on Crotalus and their venom. He needs this clinical work to complete his degree in Germany. He also wants to add experience working in the U.S.. I am willing to sponsor him here in the U.S., however, I am only a hobbyist, not a scientist. Any one that might be able to possibly help, or provide a lead please respond. I live in NC.
