Varanus prasinus, Varanus glauerti

Does anyone know the deal on importing prasinus? Also, how does one go about getting an appendice I (which I believe they are) animal imported from europe that was c.b.?
And does anyone know the details on V.glauerti and V.caudolineatus and if c.b. animals here can be exported to Europe? I have the impression they can't, but I'd like to find out more info and if not, why. Thanks.
