Corucia zebrata CITES Change?

A friend just mentioned to me that Corucia zebrata has recently been moved to the CITES I list. I checked the CITES web page, and they're still listed as II. Is my friend full of it or does the web page just not reflect a recent change?
Anyone else heard of this?
