As posted "Rk" posted below, reputable importers are not going to disclose who they get their reptiles from. The risk being that any "joe dinnerbucket" can get a permit, import animals and start undercutting market prices. If it were that easy, everyone would be doing their own importing and eliminating the middle man, which is basically what the majority of the so called "reptile dealers" are....people working out of their basements just buying and reselling. There are a few exceptions, but it's not the norm.
